My health and wellness journey really started when I was just a child to be honest. As a little girl I spent a lot of time in the woods playing and foraging for berries and things with my family! I learned quickly just how important the natural world is to our health and state of mind. My mom always grew a very large garden, and we raised chickens and turkeys, hunted game from the forest, and preserving what we could from our fruit trees. We really didn’t have a lot growing up, so my mom made everything from scratch at home. I never realize just how profound that was until later when I realized, that’s just not how most people these days live! That simplistic, intimate connection between the natural world and us has been a huge driving factor in the way I’ve approached health and wellness!
After I grew up and started a family of my own in town, I began to notice a dramatic shift in my health. My skin became super sensitive, I started having digestive issues, food sensitivities, anxiety, insomnia, which was later followed by extreme fatigue, weight gain, joint pain/injuries, SIBO, and so on. What I didn’t know then was that EDS, MCAS, and POTS run in my family (light bulb right). I spent so many years miserable and not knowing why. Finally, I decided to start studying and researching techniques to heal my health and digestion naturally. It took me years and a whole lot of trial and error, but I finally figured out how to listen to what my body was trying to tell me! I Regained my energy, health, and most importantly my piece of mind! Even now being in my 40’s, my energy levels and appearance are youthful and strong! I found my balance and health, and now I’m out to help others find it as well!

certified through HCI life and health coach since 2020 My programs have been centered around finding a practical balance between diet and exercise using experiments that let my clients figure out what works well for them!
