Meeting once a week, I will take you down a path of discovery and curiosity, to help you find the missing pieces you’ve been looking for!

I currently have 90 and 180 day life and health coaching programs available, as well as a fantastic 14 or 21 day Reset cleanse. My coaching programs are focused on rejuvenating your body and mind, taking you back to a place a peace and balance. I believe our lives and health are intimately connected, so if we’re coaching on one, it will definitely also have a positive effect on the other. Most importantly though, my coaching sessions are about compassion, curiosity, and learning to have fun again!
My reset cleanses are a form of elimination diet designed to help us not only discover possible food intolerances, but also to help us cleanse from inflammatory and toxic foods that may be lurking in our diets. Helping us learn long term how to better fuel our bodies and vitality!
I am available weekdays from 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday (PST). If you have questions about my services or programs, I would love to hear from you!
