Stress management
There’s so much stress in our lives. It affects everything from sleep, to weight loss. That’s why no matter what program you’re a part of, I always incorporate stress management techniques to help you achieve your goals! I offer guided meditation, breath work practices, and teach you to set hard boundaries when necessary to make sure, you’re getting the time and attention you require for a healthy balance on your journey!

Meal Planning
I’ll teach you ways to eat that are fun, easy, and healthy by showing you how to create a balanced plate for your specific body type, and the proper timing of meals to help put you back in control of your health! This includes a lot of great recipes and meal ideas to help keep it simple, and ample tips and tricks to meal prep your way to success! Whether you’re looking to transition to whole foods from processed, add in more nutrition, or just trying to find that ideal diet for you, I’ve got you covered! It’s important to remember that there are as many right diets as there are bodies in the world, so no judgements here! Just curiosity and love for the uniqueness that is you!

Coaching
I’m Amanda! I’ve been a health/life coach since 2020! I’ve spent years on my own journey to health, trying to figure out how to live my best life! Now I want to help you do the same! I have some absolutely amazing programs available for helping people really dial in their health in the most positive, and fun ways possible! I offer one on one coaching, as well as some signature programs that will be coming your way soon!
