90 day total body transformation
In this program we’ll meet by phone, video, or in person, once a week for 12 weeks. Together we’ll discover what roadblocks have been stopping you from meeting your goals, and come up with fun and exciting new ways to push you through those boundaries. Head to toe we’ll work to optimize your energy and vitality by experiment with food, hydration levels, movement, breath work, visualization training, deepening your relationships, and much more. I set my program up to be very versatile so we can cater it to your individual needs. If you’re ready to see real results and want to have fun doing it, then this is the program for you!
90-180 day habit change intensive
This program is designed for people who have tried to change things in their lives but struggle on the follow through, or are just struggling with a big life change (new career, divorce, maybe a diagnosis, or health concern). It can be so frustrated to try multiple things and feel like none of them have worked, and most of the time we feel alienated trying to navigate it all on our own. This is the beauty in 1 on 1 coaching! You have me there laying down the roadmap, so you don’t have to feel overwhelmed! Whether you’re struggling with sugar addiction, weight loss, transitioning to whole foods, binge eating, body image, stress management, being a work alcoholic, or trying to take care of yourself amidst a big change, we’ll work together to find a solution! This program can be set up for either 90 or 180 days. We will meet once a week, slowly changing and adapting your current habits until we find a place that once again has balance for you!
First sessions, and Renewals
Your first session with me is always FREE. In this investigative session, we’ll meet for 30 minutes to an hour to talk about who you are, and what results you’re looking for. By the end we’ll know if we’re a good match for one another, and even if not, you’ll have learned something new and exciting about yourself! RENEWALS: You can always, always, always, renew!! So please don’t feel like you have to rush through as many things as possible in 12 weeks. Even the smallest changes can make a very big difference in your long term life and health, so be proud of all you’ve already accomplished!
14-21 day Reset cleanse
This is one of my favorite programs!! It’s an elimination cleanse that’s designed to identify foods that may be causing you discomfort and inflammation, while helping your body gently detox from all the not so good things we put into it on a regular basis. This is not a cleanse of deprivation like a lot of them out there, but just one in which we are very selective and mindful of what we’re putting in the tank while also nurturing the body’s natural detoxification processes. Upon signing up you’ll receive a copy of the reset cleanse booklet which has step by step instructions, food lists, recipes, detox methods, and much more! Helping you to stay healthy long after the cleanse is done! You’ll also get to meet with me once a week to check in, where I’ll also give you some coaching tips and tricks to help you make the most of your experience and help you make lasting change!
