90 day total body transformation

In this program we’ll meet by phone, video, or in person, once a week for 12 weeks. Together we’ll discover what roadblocks have been stopping you from meeting your goals, and come up with fun and exciting new ways to push you through those boundaries. We’ll experiment with food, hydration levels, movement, breath work, visualization training, deepening your relationships, and much more. 90-180 day habit change intensive

This program is designed for people who have tried to change things in their lives but struggle on the follow through. It can be so frustrated to try multiple things and feel like none of them have worked. This is the beauty in 1 on 1 coaching! I have a lot of good tools in my arsenal, so whether you’re struggling with sugar addiction, binge eating, body image, stress management, being a work alcoholic, or just never make time for yourself, we’ll work together to find a solution! This program can be set up for either 90 or 180 days, depending on the time frame you would like us to work together. We will meet once a week, slowly changing and adapting your current habits until we find a happy balance in your life!

First sessions, and Renewals

Your first session with me is always FREE. In this investigative session, we’ll meet for 30 minutes to an hour to talk about who you are, and what results you’re looking for. By the end we’ll know if we’re a good match for one another, and even if not, you’ll have learned something new about yourself! RENEWALS: You can always, always, always, renew!! So please don’t feel like you have to rush through as many things as possible in 12 weeks. Even the smallest changes can make a very big difference in your long term life and health, so be proud of all you’ve already accomplished!

14-21 day Reset cleanse

This is one of my favorite programs!! It’s an elimination cleanse that is designed to identify foods that may be causing you discomfort and inflammation. It is also a great way to cleanse the body of toxins that may have been building up in your system, so no matter what it’ll help you feel great! Once you sign up, I’ll email or print you a copy of the reset cleanse booklet which has step by step instructions, food lists, recipes, detox methods, and much more to help you have a successful cleanse! You’ll also get to meet with me once a week to check in where I’ll also give you some coaching tips and tricks! The goal is to identify long term what foods are not benefitting your body, so we can instead start fueling ourselves with foods that are!
